Casita Midtown, 2BR 1BA w/pool & washer/dryer

I am a work from home businessman, and my wife and I live in the main house next door. We are available by text or Airbnb message, and one of us is typically present at home or not far off, so we can answer questions and solve problems as needed - or just let you enjoy your privacy. The space The casita has a living room with a ceiling fan, kitchen, full bathroom and two bedrooms with queen beds. There is also a stacked washer/dryer unit in a utility closet. Access to the pool is through the rear bedroom. Each bedroom has a large closet. Our neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Guest access Access to the property is through a gated circular driveway on E Broadway Blvd . We will provide the keypad code for the main (double) gate. Once inside, you may park in front of the garage area. Access to the casita is through the breezeway between the garage and main house and is also controlled by keypad. The same code will open the patio door and the front door of the casita. We will provide the keycodes at 3PM on the day of check-in unless requested differently. Other things to note Swimming in the pool is at your own risk, but you're welcome to use it. We do have a pool guy who comes once a week to clean and maintain it, and occasionally other service providers (pest control, landscaping), so there may occasionally be others on the property at times.
