The open living room invites you to relax by the fireplace , cozy blankets, and card games, while oversized windows frame peaceful pond views. Up in the loft, a luxurious soaking tub awaits, complete with magnesium salts and a small library for quiet moments. Please note —no mud baths or candles inside the A-frame for safety. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for delicious meals: stovetop - (no oven ) , microwave, fridge, toaster, Coffeemaker w 1- cup option or whole pot , pour-over local coffee grinds and tea, sugar & creamer . The main-level bedroom features a comfy queen bed with extra pillows, blackout curtains, and convenient phone-charging stations, while the full bathroom offers a walk-in shower and spa-like essentials We also have a whole house generator that kicks in during any power outage - which ensures your stay can still continue & be fully enjoyed at all times Outside, the experience continues with a string-lit pathway, a firepit with seating, a charcoal grill, and a bistro table for morning coffee by the water. Guests love kayaking on the private pond (seasonal) and stargazing from the campfire area. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just seeking time to reconnect, our A-frame offers a peaceful, private setting designed to refresh your soul . AFrame is located in a rural country setting. While the area offers a quiet, natural environment, there may be occasional activity along the nearby street, as well as normal operations from active farms within the surrounding community. These are part of everyday country living and are outside of our control. Things to Note : Kayaks are available from May to October. A waiver must be signed upon arrival (located at the A-frame). Please text us a photo of your signed waiver to receive the kayak lock code. Catch-and-release fishing is allowed. Please fish only from the designated areas to protect the pond’s fountain system. Privacy is a priority—while our home sits on the same 15-acre property, trees, pond , distance, and a privacy fence ensure your privacy will not be invaded . Previous guests consistently rave about how secluded the A-frame feels. While the cabin is private among the trees & in the country , we do still have neighbors that are living their daily lives - which means traffic on the road at times , occasionally you’ll even see an Amish buggy going by 😍 Optional Add-Ons available for special stays: Breakfast Box ($90): Fresh bread, jam, croissants, farm eggs, fruit, butter, and juice. Flower & Balloon Package ($110): Locally grown bouquet + a celebratory helium balloon. (Contact us two weeks before check-in to arrange.) No burning candles inside the A-frame (fire hazard). Photographers: Mini sessions with up to 4 people are welcome (with permission). No styled shoots or large group sessions permitted. By reserving, you agree to follow all house rules and guidelines to help us keep this retreat peaceful and safe for every guest By making your reservation, you are agreeing to abide by all our house rules /listing rules Guest access Guests have private access to the entire A-frame cabin, the outdoor spaces, the pond, the kayaks, and the side yard hammock area. The only restricted space is the locked utility room. Your stay is completely private—our personal home is nearby, but trees, distance, a pond, and a privacy fence ensure your privacy - check reviews for what our past guests say about privacy Other things to note Kayaks are available for guests to use May -October , with lifejackets . you will need to sign a waiver at the aframe for us , & send a photo of said waiver before we give out the combination for the lock . We have a whole house back up generator that kicks in when power outages happen - this ensures our guests will be able to continue their stay with all comforts Photographers If you are a photographer planning to use the space for commercial use - aka Mini sessions, branding shoots, engagement sessions etc, message me to discuss options & a photographers permit . We only allow mini sessions where there are only 4 people max in the space at one time - (1 photographer , 1 make-up artist , 1 couple ) No styled shoots bringing in multiple photographers allowed
