Welcome to this gorgeous rowhome full of character with ample modern comfort. It's located just off of East Passyunk and walking distance to Center City, close to a large assortment of excellent restaurants, bars, and cafes. The space The entire house is professionally cleaned every other week. You will be staying in a quiet, spacious bedroom on the second floor with a modern bathroom right across from your door. Please note, the bathroom could be shared with potentially one other guest staying in the other bedroom on the 2nd floor. Rest easy on a luxurious queen-sized Casper memory foam mattress with hypoallergenic pillows and alternative down comforter. There is ample closet space with a shoe rack, a large dresser, a 43" TV with Roku, and a reading nook. High quality 100% Turkish cotton bath towels will be provided, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. Guest access All guests are welcome to use the common room areas on the first floor including the large open living room, kitchen and back patio. The kitchen has a full-size fridge, microwave, stovetop, oven, and dishwasher. Feel free to use the kitchen for basic cooking and the fridge to store any leftover food or groceries. Kitchen has a dining table with 4 seats. There is also seating in the back patio area if you would prefer to relax outside. Brita filtered water is available in the kitchen at all times. Feel free to relax and unwind in the living room on the blue velvet couch and watch what you'd like on the smart TV, but you also have a TV in your bedroom as well! During your stay My sister, Angela, helps to co-host (she is an Airbnb superhost and has her own listing nearby!). We love hosting and meeting new people and are both available to answer any of your questions. Other things to note This house has another separate private room available to rent through Airbnb. This means you may potentially be sharing the common room areas on the first floor with guests from the other bedroom in the house as well as myself. I live on the premises along with my very sweet cat, Adonis. Parking: There is free unrestricted street parking on adjacent streets of the house. There is also a nearby paid parking lot if that is preferred.
