My home is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood perfectly situation between the city and the mountains. Imagine sipping your coffee in the sunroom as snow lightly falls around you, or coming home after a POW day to recover and relax in the large 7-person hot tub. Answer: a house filled with plants! 13 min drive to downtown SLC 35 min drive to the ski resorts 3 min drive to Harmon's Grocery The space I take pride in having a nice, neat, and well furnished house with lots of plants and natural light that you won’t WANT to leave...unless it’s to explore all the beauty that SLC has to offer. **BEDROOMS** There are 3 bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. The master is downstairs with a walk-in closet, and each bedroom has a Queen bed, hence 6 sleeping spots. There are also 2 couches (not sofabeds) that are super comfy and a daybed in the sunroom (but not included in sleeping capacity). **BATHROOMS** 2 full bathrooms, tastefully decorated and inviting. The downstairs shower was recently remodeled and looks stunning. **Kitchen & LOUNGE AREAS** Make yourself at home in the fully equipped kitchen and living areas. The kitchen boasts a gas stove, and everything you need to make a fancy dinner (or heat up leftovers). The dining table can seat everyone in your party, though if you need more than 6 seats, there are extra chairs in the garage The upstairs lounge area is cozy and inviting, with no TV to foster conversation. Head downstairs to relax in front of the Smart TV + Roku on a couch that you’ll simply sink into. The washer / dryer is downstairs with detergent to go with it. **SUNROOM** Venture towards the backyard to encounter the beautiful sunroom, ablaze with the morning sun. You can sip coffee in the rattan chairs or lay out on the daybed. If its cold outside, turn on the heater in the room to make it nice and cozy. **OUTDOOR AREA** Enjoy all 4 seasons of SLC with this enchanting backyard. This property is a corner lot with a relatively small front yard, but large, spacious backyard. The large 7-person hot tub is off one side of the sunroom - make sure you try the different seats to find the one that hits the right spots for you! On the other side of the sunroom sits the grill and picnic table. Stroll down the stone patio + walkway to get to the firepit! Everything is as pictured, and is well loved. Please be aware that this house is lived in full-time, and the entire house is rented out when the owner is out of town. You may also find a 2nd listing for this house but only for 1 bedroom / 2 people. That listing is active at times when the owner is home and will be present. I really love to host and to share my home with others, so hopefully I get to host you! You have access to the entire home and all it has to offer. Quality appliances are at your disposal. There is plenty of room for three cars in the driveway and an additional on the street in front of the house. Take advantage of the many entertainment options in the home. Other things to note ***PLEASE BE AWARE that this not purely an Airbnb. This is my home that I live in full-time, but rent out during my frequent travels. This is professionally cleaned before each visit, but do not expect it to be empty of food, etc. This also means that it should be stocked with everything you'd expect to need in normal life including games, puzzles, and spices/olive oil/coffee/etc. Additionally, I'll regularly clear space for you in the fridge, pantry, and closests.
