Our North Odessa minimalist farmhouse styled suite is waiting to welcome you! Perfect for travelers who are on a short trip in town that is looking for a simple yet tasteful, comfortable, and clean space to relax. We love our space because it's private, quiet, cozy, located a short drive to all shopping centers, dining, night life, & hospitals, but it's located out of the hustle and bustle of town, so you have a bit of a country vibe while being only 10-15 minutes away from the city limits. Our space's minimalist approach is a perfect fit for travelers visiting town for a short trip seeking a comfortable space, that provides privacy, and a clean & quiet atmosphere, with some much appreciated and needed add-ons. *Large Master bedroom in home with guest's own private entrance, private bath, & separate office/eating area. Master bedroom: *Large & cozy room: -queen bed -6 drawer dresser, -closet with hangers -iron and ironing board -32 in TV with roku (Enjoy any streaming accounts that you're registered for by simply logging in.) -loveseat sitting area. -Wi-fi access Private Bathroom: -Large, private, full bathroom -Large Shower -dual sinks -toilet - Complimenatry to guest upon check-in: 2 toilet paper rolls, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Office/Eating Space: -entrance via bathroom or garage. -galanz 900 watt microwave -hot water kettle -12 cup drip coffee maker (bring your coffee and filters) -(Dometic/cooler) style mini refrigerator -filtered water dispenser with hot and cold water -complimentary instant coffee and hot cocoa - paper plates & towels, plastic cutlery, and disposable cups provided -dining table Guest access Guests at the farmhouse suite will have access to: -wifi -vehicle parking on premise or in garage -32 in tv with roku (you are able to login to any streaming services you have subscriptions to.) -air condition and heat (split ac with own thermostat) -delivery services such as: Uber Eats, HEB, and Walmart. -washer and dryer available upon request During your stay My husband and I live in the home with our dog, but we understand our guests' needs for rest, relaxation, privacy, & a comfortable place to sleep after a long day of work or visiting, family, or site seeing. We are available to help if any assistance is needed, but respect our guests' space as if it were their own. Other things to note **We have a dog. She tags along with us everywhere we go, she loves humans, but may not love other animals as she hasn't been successfully animal socialized. Due to this and strays that are known to freely roam the neighborhood and enter the property there is an EXEMPTION on this home for ESA and service animals due to safety/health risks & hazards. **Rates are advertised for single occupancy. A fee of $25/night will be accessed if there are any unauthorized guests on premise.
