Take time to relax at this peaceful lakefront cottage with WiFi, porch, grill, fire pit, row boat, and kayaks. Outdoors is laid back, a no frills rustic yard, feel free to use cleaning products and broom for outdoor furniture and boats. Use our fishing poles and row boat,kayaks to explore Cossayuna Lake and catch bass, perch, sunfish, tiger muskies like the locals. Gentle slope to lake, No stairs! 15 min to Greenwich. 34 min to Saratoga Springs. 30 min to Queensbury. 44 min to Manchester, VT. The space Fast wifi, full kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, pull out couch in main room, porch has benches for a family BBQ, fire pit for roasting marshmallows. The house is cute and comfortable, the outdoors is rustic but enjoyable. Great for fishing and kayaking. Guest access If you need to step away for an adventure away from the cottage, Saratoga Springs is a must, and just over 30 mins from the property. Saratoga Performing Arts Center is a popular concert venue and walkable park in Upstate NY. Downtown Saratoga is lacking nothing complete with a great night-life, if you are around during racing season please stop by the oldest horse racing track in the country. Other things to note Bring your own tackle if you are an avid fisherman, however nice fishing poles are provided. I would suggest lifting up rocks to fish with some worms if you aren't getting lucky. Most Stewart's gas stations sell worms or use fake bate from Dicks or other sports stores. Always bring oars on the row boat. There are two islands on the lake. The larger one is now private. Also, be aware the oak tree looses many acorns at the end of summer. we do our best, but there are too many to remove all. Our dock and property are also visited by ducks and geese, there is sometimes evidence of their visits. Our place is clean inside, but is rustic outside.
