You can opt for the private *heated pool to enhance your vacation experience even more. A modern-yet-retro vibe makes this family-friendly home a perfect place to kick back and relax. A fully furnished kitchen, with two refrigerators and a propane deck BBQ, allows you to entertain as you wish. Full-size dining area plus a sitting area next to the kitchen. The step-down living room, with a large, comfortable couch and an oversized TV, is ready for you to enjoy. Old-school board games, original Nintendo, Xbox, and multiple DVDs are available for your entertainment. Plenty of outdoor furniture for dining or lounging, plus a fire table. The main king-size bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and two private access doors: one to the view deck and the other to the pool area. The other two bedrooms feature multiple beds, and a pull-out sofa bed is available in the living room if needed. Full-size laundry room, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and multiple TV's. Plenty of off-street parking. Garage area not included. During the day, enjoy lounging around or playing in the pool, and stargazing at night. Five minutes to Ginkgo State Park, public boat launch, or the new Ranch Restaurant, closed on Sundays. Just twenty minutes to the world-renowned Gorge Amphitheater! SEASONAL POOL: The private outdoor pool is closed from October through April and is scheduled to reopen in May, weather and maintenance permitting. The home remains fully available for year-round stays. Pool access is not included with reservations occurring while the pool is closed. Please note- Peak Rates will be applied on concert and event weekends.
