Plus, save money on eating out when you fire up the barbecue grill on your private balcony. And get cozy with your own gas fireplace that's available in every resort suite - all comforts that would be hard to find in an average hotel. Guest access The whole family will to this resort with lots of room for fun. Basketball, Tennis courts, Mini golf, and a playground are just a few of the amenities provided. For some rest and relaxation, visit one of the resorts 3 hot tubs, guests can find other amenities such as an arcade/game room, a gym and great hiking trails right across the street. You are just a 5 minutes' walk to everything, local grocery store, Starbucks and the best pizza restaurant in town are all just minutes away. Other things to note A valid identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. Any name change for your reservation will require a $99 name change fee. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out. You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. There is no A/C at this resort since the higher elevation keeps the condos cool in the summer. There are fans throughout the home though. This is one of our Timeshare resorts.
