City Permit # A-STRP-25-0143 The space The apt. is bright and sunny and equipped with all you would need for a long or short stay. Guest access We live in a safe and quiet neighborhood with kind, conscientious neighbors. We have designated specific parking areas to avoid any confusion. The pathway to and from your private entrance is along the right side of our home. It’s a gravel path with flat stepping stones and motion sensor lights that keep it well-lit. The walkway may not be suitable for elderly guests or those who are unsteady on their feet. The gravel is also not conducive to rolling your luggage. However, I’m just a message away and am happy to help with your bags. As my family and I live upstairs, you can expect to hear footsteps and voices on occasion. But, we’re committed to providing a peaceful and enjoyable experience for our guests. We also share a thermostat for the heat and AC, and will do our best to accomodate your needs. Other things to note Our home is nestled in a beautiful, upscale neighborhood with stunning views of Pikes Peak. A scenic walking trail is accessible just a stone’s throw from our front yard. Take advantage of some of Colorado Springs’ best shopping with Chapel Hills Mall and The Promenade Shops at Briargate less than 2 miles away. Also, we’re conveniently located near the Air Force Academy (3.3 miles), and just a short drive from downtown, Garden of the Gods, the Olympic Training Center, The Broadmoor Resort and countless options for gorgeous hikes!
