This is a brand new, very functional camper. This 20-foot RV is very clean and has everything you will find in a regular home, however, it is not like a typical residence. Things are smaller than in a house and everything is more simple. If you are not familiar or comfortable with RV living, please consider our other listings. The main reason you would stay in an RV is the unique experience. Children will very likely enjoy the cozy bunk beds and the alternative lifestyle. It is no problem to stay comfortably in this RV for several weeks or even months. But it should definitely be a temporary situation since there is not a lot of room to move around. There can be some road noise from the road during rush hours. There is a 220 V line to the camper, so you can run the AC, heating, and hairdryer without a problem.
