This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage sleeps 12-14 people and is ideal for 1 to 2 families. The cottage sits on a lovely treed half acre lot down and old farm road, offering pure tranquility and sounds of nature all year long. The space The cottage is located right on the Muskoka river with the opportunity to swim or fish right from your very own dock. The sandy beach area is the perfect location for small children. This part of the Muskoka river has very little water traffic, with a very low speed limit. There are plenty of public boat launches into various big lakes within a 10 minute driving range from the cottage, if you are looking to spend time doing water sports like skiing or tubing which require faster speeds. The upper level of the cottage is an open loft space with 2 bedrooms a bathroom laundry room and a quaint office area overlooking the river. The main level of the cottage is a beautiful open concept layout with views of the beautiful backyard and pristine waterfront from all directions. The main level features a beautifully well lit kitchen, living room, and the master bedroom along with the master washroom. The lower level of the house consists of the last bedroom and bathroom along with a yoga studio, and the retro room which has a half kitchen, bar area, pool table and pull out sleeping sofa. Guest access The entire cottage which includes 4 bedrooms, 2 washroom, kitchen/dinning area, patio, dock, back fully fenced back yard and hot tub. Access to internet and both TV's You will not have access to the master bedroom closet or furnace room as well as some cupboards will remained locked with personal cottage items. Other things to note Please make sure you are booking the accommodations based on number of guests attending your stay. Please note if you are booking a stay during the winter months you are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle to access the property. The property is located down a non public road.
