In summer, you can enjoy the large garden with hammocks, sun loungers, and a grill as well as a wonderful lounge area. The space The 80 sq. m apartment is furnished in BoHo style. A kitchen-living room equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, oil, spices, coffee, tea, etc. is at your disposal and the cozy fireplace invites you to linger in winter. The bathroom has a large raindance shower and you don't need to worry about any forgotten shower utensils. Towels, bed linens, dish towels are all included in the price. NEW: With the new smoothie maker, everyone can make their own personal healthy smoothie. The master bedroom is equipped with a large 1.80 x 2 m bed and a cozy sitting area. In the slightly smaller bedroom, there is also a 1.80 x 2 m bed with a cozy sitting area. If a baby is on board, a wooden travel crib from Paidi is available. Also, everything you need for your little darlings! Bicycles, skis, strollers, etc. can be stored safely and dry. In the laundry room, a Miele washing machine is available for a small fee. In the 700 sqm garden you can enjoy the view of the Kreuzberg, lie in the sun and barbecue in summer. And if you need to cool off, you can cool off with our outdoor Raindance shower.
