It is a two-bedroom and one bathroom house. There is comfortable seating in the living room and there is a dining room that fits four. One of the best parts of visiting San Diego is our beautiful weather and the fact that we can dine al fresco all year round. We have a dining table that sits six outside along with a comfortable outdoor sofa and a love seat that surrounds a fire pit. The master room has a king bed and television in the room. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Kids and adults alike can enjoy the garage which has been converted to a fun separate space to play shuffleboard, board games and more! Please Note: This home does not have an air mattress. EV Charger available for use! Please note: The EV charger is located on the right side of the driveway toward the front of the house. For Teslas, there is an adapter needed to use this EV Charger. The adapter needed is called a “J1772 adapter” and every Tesla comes with this adapter. So the Tesla owner is responsible for having this with them, or the EV charger will not work. 99.99% of Tesla owners have this adapter in their glove compartment. Guest access South Park is a very walkable neighborhood. There is tandem parking in the driveway where two cars will fit. There is also plenty of Ubers/Lyfts in the area.
