Ideally located on the North Shore, you’ll be just minutes from Lions Gate Hospital, local ski hills, scenic hiking and biking trails, family-friendly playgrounds, great local restaurants, and the vibrant brewery district. Everything you need is right at your doorstep. The space The suite has it's own separate entrance with keypad. The entryway is down a set of 12 stairs to the side of the house. Both bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses and a closet. The bedrooms have blinds and pull down shades for room darkening. There is a fold out sofa. The space is most comfortable for 3 people or a small family of 4. The dining table seats 4. There is a 2 seat breakfast bar space. The kitchen is well stocked with your cooking needs. The laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer. The space has all the necessities you may need for a comfortable stay. There is an uncovered front deck with an oversized umbrella set up exclusively for guests. The deck is furnished from early Spring until late Autumn. You might find me puttering around in the veggie patch and garden. Guest access You will have access to the whole basement suite. Guests have front yard and deck access for themselves. Other things to note Me and my family (3 of us) and our little dog live upstairs. The yard is fully fenced. We have friendly neighbours to either side.
