Description

Our newly renovated urban Farmhouse is located in a quiet idyllic neighborhood, that is walking distance to Azusa’s bustling city center off historic Route 66. There are 2 bright and comfortable bedrooms each furnished with a queen size bed. The living room is furnished with two sleeper sofas and a flat screen TV. The light-filled living room and dining room area opens up to the fully equipped kitchen The space Our place is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It is the front house of a detached duplex. You will be renting only this unit. Since we may have guests staying in the back house, please kindly keep noise to a minimum (especially during quiet hours) as to not disturb the neighbors. In addition to being modern and bright, our house has a functional floor plan. Each room is thoughtfully decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind. We provide a total of 2 queen beds. Our nightly rate is good for up to 4 guests. We charge an extra $25/night per additional guest (after the initial 4). There is a 6 guest maximum at our house. We provide keyless entry, and entry code will be provided to you prior to arrival. We provide a 2 car garage for parking. There is also a long driveway beside the house to park additional cars. Exterior security cameras and Ring alarm system provide guests with added security and peace of mind. Entrance to the house is through the side door (next to driveway) of unit 519. Upon entry, please disarm the security alarm--codes will be provided to you. Bedroom 1: one queen bed Bedroom 2: one queen bed Living Room: 2 sleeper sofas Living room has a 50” TV with Netflix. To ensure you have a safe and awesome stay, I’ve listed some general house rules. 1. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by guests over 25 years old. 2. No pets allowed on property without host’s written approval. 3. This is a NO smoking property—so absolutely no smoking in the house. Any evidence of smoking in the house will result in a $2500 fine and immediate cancellation of your reservation. 4. We have a zero drug policy on illicit drugs. 5. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay. Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. Our neighbors on both sides of the property are sensitive to loud gatherings. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (9pm - 8am) is not allowed. 6. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible. If there is a maintenance issue we reserve the right to enter the property with no notice. 7. No Additional guests inside the house other than the number indicated on your original reservation. Meaning if you book for 2 people, you can not have more than 2 people at the house at any time. We count infants as guest. Please let me know if you plan on having any additional guests at the house. We charge an extra $25/night for each additional guest if you let me know ahead of time of their visit. If however we discover that additional guests are at the property without our knowledge (but it is captured on camera), we will charge $50/night per extra guest. 8. Food on plates need to be put inside the trash along with taken out to prevent bugs. Trash pick up days are on Tuesday mornings. Please move any trash bins that have trash in them onto the street on Sunday, so that they can be emptied. 9. We have security cameras located on the property for guest protection. We only have cameras on the outside of the property and would never violate anyone’s privacy. Other than that, please have fun. Our place is amazing; you won't regret your stay! :-) Guest access Guests have full access to all rooms in the house.
