A guaranteed peaceful getaway! This ultimate country house retreat is less than one and half hours from NYC. Located in Carmel NY, the location offers the opportunity to enjoy sounds of nature. This recently renovated apartment is perfect for relaxing alone, with partner, or a friend. The space The property is located on top of a hill on a quiet road, surrounded by reservoirs. Guests have to use the stairs (up on the porch and to the second floor) to get inside. The apartment is a little bit country with a modern twist, the newly updated space provides comfortable sleeping for up to two guests, with a queen size bed in the bedroom. It also has kitchenette amenities, as well as a bathroom with a shower. There are two large dogs that live on the property, and a corgi that visits quite often. Use of backyard and pool facilities available only through prior and confirmed approval from property owner, and exclusively for registered guests. No BBQ. No Washer or Dryer. Guests are to park in front of the house, in one of two paved designated spots, and not to enter a private driveway. 1 parking space reserved for any 1 reservation. When checking out, please leave all washed dishes on the drying rack, and take out the trash. You can find the garbage bins next to the garage doors - Blue is for recycling, and green is for the regular trash. Guest access Guests have to use the stairs (up on the porch and to the second floor) to get inside. Other things to note Pet fee is $50 PER DAY PER PET. Guests staying longer than a week may get a discount with prior arrangements. Service animals are required to pay the pet fee.
