Tastefully appointed with high end features. Beautiful Stone fireplace & a woodstove to warm you after skiing! There are 4 full bathrooms, a steam shower, walk out basement with bar, billiard table, pinball machine, dartboard & wide screen TV. Relax in the hot tub after a day of exploring or skiing. DOOR CAMERA The space Classic Adirondack Chalet with soaring ceilings and a Mountain View with two brooks running through the property. Four distinct gathering areas give families with differing ages, multi-family or large group each a place of their own! There is a stone fireplace, and a wood burning stove that is very cozy in the fall and winter. If you need to do some work remotely, there is WiFi + high speed internet, and a desk. This is your own private indoor and outdoor oasis with sounds of a calming brook, two fire pits , lean-to, picnic table & Weber grill to cook your catch of the day. The property has 20 acres with old logging trails to discover and roam, mountain bike, cross country ski & snow shoe on. Blackberry bushes and blueberry bushes right outside the door for the picking! It’s beautiful in all seasons, and is a wonderland in the winter! Guest access There is ample parking for many cars. Please do not park on the grass Other things to note We have a recording door camera on the front entrance Max of 2 (well behaved) dogs You must tell us you are bringing a pet. There is a pet fee of $100 per dog. FYI: We have exotic cherry floors on entire first floor guests, advise to have their nails well trimmed. There is a nail trimmer in the Kitchen for guest use. We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract. Make sure outdoor fireplaces are left neat and tidy, the same way as when you got to the property. Do not leave trash in or around the fire pits or the yard, it can attract animals. If these areas are left a mess there could be a forfeiture of a portion of your security deposit. If traveling in the snow, we highly recommend having all wheel or even better a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The road will be plowed as well as the driveway, but winters in the Adirondacks are beautiful but can sometimes be unpredictable! Check in time is 4:00pm Check-out time is 10:00am. All beds have linens, blankets, comforters and towels in the bathrooms at the property for your use. The property is furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products.
