House is centrally located in walking distance to beach, town, Town Green, shopping, restaurants, train, local concerts, and Fairfield Theatre Company. Peaceful backyard nature reserve can be enjoyed from bedroom balcony. Location is great for Family attending University events (celebrations are not permitted at this Airbnb). Toddlers are not permitted for safely concerns but I am always open to discuss The space Main entrance is to Living Room with couch and cozy chairs with television. Dining room is sunny with Bay Window and Island Counter that divides this with the Kitchen. Sliding glass doors are off of the kitchen to porch for breakfast in warmer weather. Full bathroom on main level is next to a "green room" with sliders to either sit and watch the birds and read, or utilize the computer table for some work from "home". Stairs from this room lead to a backyard patio with table and 4 chairs for dining. Upstairs is a California King Bed with a ceiling fan and T.V. There are 2 storage attic spaces for longer stays. Bedroom balcony sliding glass doors lead to a table and chairs to watch the wildlife. The bedroom with a single bed has a rose color theme, across from the Master bedroom. Also with two storage spaces and closet. There is a workplace desk as well. French doors access the basement, with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. A Cedar closet can be used if needed for longer stays , as well as an indoor bicycle closet. Bilco doors lead to the patio and backyard Guest access The Central location of this residence makes access to everything very easy.
