The space This home is a traditional Florida home with recent updates. It is in a peaceful neighborhood close to all of Sarasota's favorite spots (5 miles to siesta key and downtown, 7 miles to St. Armand's and Lido Beach). The home is well equipped with the following features and amenities : *5 Bedrooms: two equipped with King beds and another three with Queens. Each bedroom has its own closet with hangers provided. *Master Bedroom has a private bathroom with an updated shower. * The main bathroom has also been recently updated. *Living Room equipped with a Smart TV and large leather reclining sectional. *Additional "movie room" projector with Roku streaming capabilities if everyone in the household can't agree what to watch. Their is a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and additional oversized chair for a family to enjoy a show or film. * Spacious dining room with enough room seating for the whole family. *Kitchen fully equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, cooking basics (sugar, salt, pepper, oil, coffee). Newer appliances but no dishwasher. Sorry! * Washer and Dryer. * Pool Table. *Outside deck with propane grill, sectional seating, propane firepit, and hot tub. The home backs up to Swift/Tuttle Road. This is a moderately busy road. You can not hear much road noise from inside of the house but if you are an extra lighter sleeper, this might bother you. Three of the rooms have widows that face this road. The other two do not. Guest access The house is yours to enjoy. We have, in the past, separated a section of this house out for a second guest. Due to this, there is a separation of the yard but easy access to both sides separated simply by a gate. This listing is for the whole house and full access to all areas. We do have wonderful neighbors but in order for us to keep using this home as an Airbnb, please be respectful with the noise.
