HUGE open high ceiling building to house your group! Completely remote quonset hut building on private ranch located 27 miles North of Big Bend National Park. There are 6 bunk-beds (12 twin beds) and 2 king size beds in two lofts. 3 showers and 3 toilets designed to conserve water, full kitchen, and grill outside. Enormous indoor entertainment area and a outdoor deck with a stunning view for evening grilling, watching the sun set, or stargazing. Max 16 people strictly enforced to save water. The space Welcome to the Impresario camp. The entire place is run by solar which means you will need to turn off all electric needs when not using them. All water must be caught from rain or brought in. This requires you to be very conservative with your water usage to ensure the camp will function. For example 3 minute showers. There is an on site manager that will meet you on the highway and guide you to the camp then make sure your needs are met and you understand how to operate the camp. It is a great place to relax, with adults. Great for a church retreats, reunions, large families or friends, media groups, geology club events or those interested in astronomy. The outside of the Quonset Hut does have live cameras recording for security. There are no cameras recording inside the building and bathroom and shower room. Guest access Direct surrounding areas around the quonset hut and inside the entire hut. If you would like tours of the property or to explore, a guided trip may be arranged depending on availability. You cannot go exploring the canyons and creek without a tour. Property lines are not easily recognized and without a guide you will trespass onto other private property.
