Waterfront house with gorgeous views from street level. Open concept on the upper level with queen bed, living room with gas fireplace, spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with large dining table, lots of view windows and balcony looking on the Ottawa river. 2nd queen bedroom in walk-out basement, french door to the covered deck with river view from the backyard. Each level has full shower or bathroom. The space Renovations just completed, architect designed interiors with gas fireplace, heat pump and A/C to keep it comfortable in all seasons. Laundry machines in the basement - both levels are accessible from the ground as it is sloped from front to back. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the cantilevered deck over the river - spectacular! There is a small deck from where you can launch the canoe, please be careful and two persons may be better for it is heavy. The kayaks are for experienced paddlers, they are more easily damaged, so please contact me for details before using them. The yellow fibreglass kayak is for my own use. Thank you!
