Stay at this convenient, clean, and cozy condo right in the heart of Kirkwood. During the winter, you can ski, snow board, or x-country skiing easily from this unit. During the summer, visit the many lakes within 10 minute drive from the property, hiking paths, and mountain biking. Lakes are stocked with fish. The space It is a 5-min walk to Timber Creek Express lift, the meeting venue for ski school. You can also ski directly from the front door to awesome x-country ski paths. The Kirkwood shuttle stops right in front of the building This is on the first floor of building one in the Edelweiss complex. No pets allowed. This unit is not ADA friendly as there are stairs, and a snow bank during the winter time. Fast wifi and large 80" TV. Also a desk with a computer monitor looking out the window. Guest access Parking for one car on the weekends and two cars on the weekday permitted on the shard parking lot. Each car needs to display the unit's parking pass on the rear view mirror. The parking lot is not covered and so it will be covered in snow after a storm. Snow plow service is done on the parking lot but it may be a few hours before snow on the parking lot is plowed, as main streets are first priority for snow removal. Other things to note There is snow bank to cross. Host is in not liable for any slippage or injury. Furthermore, snow may fall from the roof. Guests need to stand at least 10' away from the side of buildings and do not linger. There is no washer and dryer in the unit. There is no access to the Kirkwood Community Association with this unit.
