It may be suitable for a small family but not for two couples because the space is limited and there is only one bed. The sofa can accommodate two children or young adults to sleep with sheets available upon request. Available space of approximately 18 m2 or 190 ft2. Oven, microwave, sink, small refrigerator, small toaster and coffee maker. 6-foot (2 m) ceiling with a lower cross beam (note for tall people) and a few supporting posts. Central heating so no thermostat in the room or bathroom. Hot water pipe insulation is in place in the bedroom to keep the room temperate and a heater is available to increase the heat as needed. Which serves as a fan to ventilate in summer (no air conditioning). Additional blankets as needed. The double bed is glued to the wall so it doesn't circulate on both sides, but only on one side. Staircase to access the basement is narrow and steep so not suitable for people with reduced mobility, also difficult to easily lower luggage. The room is partially soundproofed to reduce noise, but you can still hear the tenants moving around, talking, listening to music, and other sounds (note for light sleepers or those who need total silence: this is not for you). The fridge is a small one so only for a few containers. However, a large freezer space is available upon request near the room. The access to the bathroom, which is not soundproofed, requires leaving the bedroom, there is not a direct door from the bedroom to the bathroom. A curtain that can be closed provides privacy to move between the bedroom and the bathroom. As it is adjacent to the storage space where the owner and tenants can move, please know that the basement is shared and not locked Parking on the right side facing the house, shared with owner. This is a basement room in a dwelling with children and not a peaceful resting place at all times. There may be traffic in the basement for the owner or the tenants above to access the storage spaces, so please take this into account when making your choice. Your parking is on the west side of the house (right side when facing the house), it is the side of the staircase that goes upstairs. Park the vehicle along the house in front of the staircase, I personally use the furthest part of the house. The entrance to the room located in the basement is at the back of the house where it is indicated Basement on the door that is never locked (there is a pink ribbon on the outside handle of the door. So you go from the parking lot then next to the staircase that goes to the upper floor, then when you get to the back of the house, the basement door is metal, the first on your left, the one with a pink ribbon on the handle. Once inside, you go down the stairs and then the bedroom and bathroom are at the back of the open room, behind the curtains that can be closed for more privacy. The key hanging on the bedroom door frame is common to the bedroom and bathroom. These two rooms can be locked for your privacy. Motion detector turns on the light when you go there, there is one when opening the door, another once you reach the bottom of the stairs. There is a night light between the entrance to the bedroom and in front of the bathroom. Other things to note Private parking along the house on the west side of the house (to the right facing it).
