Cozy three bedroom, turn-of-the century house with original tin ceilings. Conveniently located adjacent to Belleayre Mountain Ski Center. (3 minute drive to Main Lodge), with well-equiped kitchen. Large private yard is connected to Belleayre's cross-country skiing and hiking trails. Near to Plattekill mountain, Hunter and Windham. Great location for skiing, hiking, biking, tubing and visiting local restaurants, breweries, distilleries and farmers' markets. License 2022-STR-AO-066 exp12/13/23 The space Three bedrooms with total of four beds which can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. Cotton sheets and bedding provided. Bath towels and hand towels provided. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, dresser, desk and closet. Second bedroom has a Full bed and dresser and third bedroom has both a Full and a Twin bed and a closet. Kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and basics you need to cook meals here. Dining room and living are furnished and include a 55" TV with basic cable and WiFi. Amazon fire stick provided for streaming. Guest access House is located on a shared private driveway off the main road. There is on site parking in front of the house. Please do not block the garage on property. Belleayre hiking trails are behind our garage. Other things to note Please remove shoes in the mudroom and only wear clean, soft-soled shoes or slippers inside the house. Please do not use the wood burning stove inside the house without speaking first with host for instructions. Attic, basement and garage are not accessible to guests. This is in the country and there are BEARS and other wildlife in the area. Please do not leave food or garbage outside and exercise caution.
