The space 1 partitioned bedroom features a TempurPedic California King memory foam bed, with plenty of closet storage, integrated charging station, and a lighted vanity with table & chair. The bathroom has stone tile floors and a spa-inspired wood panel ceiling with shower, bidet, and toasty space heater. We provide crisp white towels & washcloths- plus shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, and makeup removal wipes . Living room has exposed block walls & beams, with an ample sectional couch that converts to a full comfy Queen bed (no bars or slats!). For rainy days there is a 42" TV equipped with roku and HDMI cord: log in to stream all your favorites from Netflix or connect your laptop! The kitchenette/food prep pantry holds a fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, watercooler, and kettle. It's the perfect place to make sandwiches for your hike, prepare a simple breakfast, or warm up leftovers! Coffee, creamer, sugar and condiments are provided in addition to a few snacks, drinks & ice for your arrival. Compostable plates, napkins, and recyclable cutlery/cups are freshly stocked for each guest. Outside your private entryway there is a semi-covered flagstone patio with chairs and a tranquil woods view of the mountainside. A nice spot to relax and listen to the babbling creek. **Accessibility Notice* * Please be aware that the unit is situated on a steep wooded lot which can provide challenges to those with mobility issues. There are several railroad tie stairs from the parking area to the walkway. The path to the entrance is a combination of flagstone walkway and pea gravel, approximately 60' in length. When you reach the door there are an additional 3 deck-style stairs to negotiate. It is impossible to pull a vehicle up to the door for unloading luggage or passengers. Guest access This is an entire private apartment with its own separate entrance there are no shared spaces with the other tenants of the building
