Comfortably sleeps 2 but can sleep 5 by using the sofa and high quality 24” luxe queen air mattress. I kept the traveling professional in mind when designing this layout. We offer SUPER FAST WIFI and cable TV to stream, download, attend meetings, and so much more. Enjoy cuddling up on our soft leather sofa with a variety of throw pillows and blankets watching our 55” smart Roku TV (Remember your logins!) We really went above and beyond by making your stay as comfortable as I could by offering a large dresser, walk in closet, rainfall shower head, common toiletries, and a loaded kitchen with a Ninja blender, toaster PLUS a variety of utensils, pots, pans, cooking trays, etc. we offer the common spices/cooking oils such as olive oil, Pam, salt and pepper. Other things to note Our condominium focuses on allowing guests to enjoy their vacation without any disturbances, we ask that each and every guest is respectful of the area as many people live here permanently. Violations: We will not allow any parties, smoking, or large gatherings in our space. If rules are broken security will arrive to asses the situation. Guests will be removed without refund. We do not allow pets of any kind in our unit, violating this rule will result in a $500 pet violation. Saftey: Our team uses a Ring doorbell to monitor the saftey and security of our space. Please note that on the first Tuesday of each month, the community experiences a water shutoff from 9AM-Noon to allow for other owners to make plumbing repairs.
