Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our light and airy lake side condo welcomes you with newer furnishings and 2 viewing balconies off the living room and master suite. Walk down to the lake to enjoy the view, or have fun at the outdoor pool (seasonal) or tennis/basketball court. Minutes away from Oaklawn Racing, Historic Downtown, restaurants, and shopping. This is a smoke and pet-free home. We can accommodate 6 guests total. Sofa is a pull-out bed. Guest access In-ground pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and possibly longer weather permitting. Other things to note This Hamilton Harbor condo is in a secure gated community. It offers easy access from the parking lot with only 4 steps up (with railing) to the front door, while offering a partial view of the lake from the front of the condo off the balconies. There is access to a boat launch less than a mile down the road at Hill-Wheatley Park, boat parking on premises near dumpsters, and boat slips at several Marinas in town about 15 minutes from the condo. *Please note there may be some noise during the day due to repair work being done in the parking lot.
