The space The tiny house is situated behind our living quarters with a privacy fence around two sides of it to provide guests with the feeling of having their own space. Guest access Parking is inside the fence in front of the tiny house. There’s only enough parking for one vehicle. Other things to note Located less than 5 minutes from Lake Norman State Park, Chickadee Hill Farms, Daveste Vineyards and 30-45 minutes from the bigger cities of Charlotte, Huntersville and Concord.
