Ski in, ski out beautiful condo at on the highest road on Saddleback Mountain Ski Resort. Sun filled, 65” and 40” TV’s, extra playroom w couch. Two bedrooms furnished with one queen-size bed in each, and one bunk room with four twin-sized beds. Nice deck w amazing views of Saddleback Lake and beyond. Great place to utilize Saddleback skin trails. Come in the spring/summer for hiking the AT, biking & access to Trophy rivers for native brook trout fly fishing or Fall for unbelievable fall colors. Entry level: Stepping into the sun filled chalet, you will find a hallway closet and bench for easy winter gear disrobing. There is a full bath with heated tile floors, master bedroom (queen mattress) with a spacious closet on your right. The bright living room, dining area, and kitchen greet you after a day outside in nature. Down stairs: There is a small washer and and dryer for your laundry needs (no washing products provided). The basement has heated flooring through out, making cold days feel cozy on your feet. The den is a perfect place to bring some DVD's or a game console to enjoy (not a streaming TV). The bunk room provides excellent space and closets. There are safety rails that can be easily attached for the top bunks. An additional bedroom with sliding door access provides great views and morning light. (There is a small owners lockdown for housekeeping that is kept locked). Outside storage: Attached to the front is a storage space for ski/ snowboards. Trash: Trash disposal/ storage is located between neighboring properties. Dog friendly: The long term community on Saddleback are dog friendly. No dogs allowed at the Saddleback Ski Resort or ski trails. Resort property manager usually available if needed. Please contact me. Walk down to the lodge at Saddleback, or hike up out the front door to access the Appalachian trail. Ski out and ski back in at the end of the day easily if the snow is good.
