Our home is close to everything, including the BoardWalk, making it easy to plan your visit. From the deck you can see the BIG WHEEL and the pier, you will be centrally located to all that’s happening. The condo is cleaned by one person and she is paid the entire cleaning fee guaranteeing the place will be immaculate. Property managers collect the cleaning fee and pay their cleaning people a part of the fee. No carpet is there so the unit is de-sanitized after each guest. The space Fresh linens and towels from a local laundry service are used for your enjoyment. Safety and cleanliness are our primary concerns, no carpet is in this Oceanfront Condo. The unit is just under 1,000 sq ft. plenty of room for 6 or less to enjoy themselves. Guest access Free parking across the street, Ocean Blvd will be pretty crowded this summer and I enjoy sitting out front watching people walk and drive by. Other things to note Absolutely positively no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Some homeowners live there and if they smell any kind of smoke they will report it. If I am charged for your smoking I will pass the fee along to the guest.
