This can mean some road noise is possible. Woodside Rd. is speed limit 35 MPH and off peak is not heavily traveled. Sound barriers were recently installed on the main highway bridge as part of the Scudder Falls Bridge reconstruction project which has helped to greatly diminish the highway whoosh. If you zoom in on the map you can see the relative position of the house to Woodside Rd. and the highway bridge. The land buffer between Woodside Rd. and the highway bridge is a protected wetlands. The only area of the building that is not accessible to guests is the attached storage garage which is accessed from the exterior only. Existing reservations may be extended by request through Airbnb in daily or one week increments provided that the dates are open 7 days before the existing reservation ends.
