The space Woodsidehouse is the former residence of a local design/build contractor. The floor plan maximizes the available space. The flooring is tile throughout with area rugs. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, Sub Zero Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, and reclaimed Corian countertops with a stainless steel undermount sink. There is mud room entrance off of the gravel driveway or use the front portico entrance. There is a water softener in the rear utility room along with a 1/2 bath. The house has electric baseboard heat and central AC. There is a stacked washer/dryer. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, a queen sized bed, a closet, and two dressers. The front/side yards are semi enclosed with a fence along the road. Although it appears to be part of the property, the majority of the rear yard area is not within the boundaries of ownership and it is not intended for guest use. Guest access Easy come - easy go. Two parking spaces are available for overnight guests. Temporary overflow parking also available. Initial access by way of code provided prior to arrival. Other things to note Occupancy limited to two guests per Township ordinance based on one bedroom house. Listed as two beds because the living room sofa is a pull-out bed in case the two occupants would prefer separate beds. It is not intended to be used for additional non-registered overnight guests or as a gathering place for multiple people. Good communication is important in this regard, please don't hesitate to reach out. The house has WiFi and a Smart TV. There is a Roku device which has a wide variety of free content. Recently upgraded Live TV for sports etc. is available and included through the YouTubeTV app which has 100+ channels. A complete channel line up can be found at youtubetv dot com. If you have a streaming service such as Netflix or Amazon Prime you can sign in to your own account. The only area of the building that is not accessible to guests is the attached storage garage which is accessed from the exterior only. The calendar is opened approx. 90 days in advance for bookings and is subject to change without notice. Maximum stay is 30 days with 60 days between bookings. Existing reservations may be extended by request through Airbnb in daily or one week increments provided that the dates are open 7 days before the existing reservation ends. Weekly and monthly discounts are subject to change and are applied at time of booking. Booking requests outside of the Airbnb platform or bookings through third parties will not be considered.
