Our home is a cosy metropolitan duplex apartment on the first floor ( this listing) it is perfect for guests who want to lounge study or just relax. You will have your own private room in E Williamsburg. 1min walk from the metro Morgan L train (24/7), 15-20min to downtown Manhattan (Union Sq 14th st). 30min to times square & central park. 45 min train ride from JFK/LGA with direct L TO A trains to JFK. 30-45 mins by taxi No laundry on site there is a close by on flushing ave (chicos) The space Your room is upstairs in the property and towards the front (street) of the building. It is the largest room in the house. Your room has a high end mattress, and white wooden full size bed with headboard you have storage drawers underneath the bed. You have your own radiator, air conditioner (summer), and a hair dryer for your room. (In the bathroom beside the room) You have a fully functioning work area with a desk, chair with cushion, and storage drawer. An electric heater that is yours for the room. There is a convenient full closet in your room, There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, toaster oven, two types of coffee makers filer and plunge press, and kettle in addition to pots/pans and utensils at your disposal. The lounge/kitchen space has a full bathroom and is shared with whoever is renting the other room upstairs in the apartment It has a multi-pressure shower head and a full bath. Clean sheets/ towels are provided. We are 420 friendly. Please inquire for recommendations, We don’t allow smoking in the common areas but we have a large private backyard space you can enjoy. Please inquire on how to get put there with the host. Guest access The L train (Harrison place exit ) is 500 ft from the apartment FREE PARKING on the street can be found with alternate parking in effect (you have to move your car each day ) please go to the 311 NYC website for further info on this and it can change with holidays (not be in effect) there are also pay by hour garages nearby Guests have access to our private garden 🪴 During your stay I’m available by message on the app at all times Other things to note Please be mindful of our neighbors when checking in Please follow exactly the check in - instructions in the check in resources section. Please do not knock on our neighbors door we are 1L (left ) down the end of the hall , our neighbors are on the right. Please do not be loud or smoke in front of the house - we ask if you can walk down a bit thank you. Check in is from 1pm - 11pm
