No TV in second bedroom. Secure parking garage and elevators to eleventh floor. Short walk to beach. Located near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Well-appointed condo with pool, giant hot tub, exercise equipment, movie room and game room on sixth floor. The space Condo is 832 square feet. Primary bedroom with queen bed, TV and computer has a bathroom with shower. Second bedroom has twin beds but NO TV. Living area with sofa bed has a TV. Kitchen has all appliances. Laundry closet off hallway with stack washer dryer and second bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower. Guest access The Emerald has temporary first floor parking There is parking garage floors 2 to 5. Elevators are to the north side of building so I try to park close to elevators on floors 2 to 5. Other things to note Emerald has check in paperwork that I need to email to you prior to your stay. They operate like a hotel. You will have to check in on 6th floor to get keys and fobs to access property- pool etc. If you forget paperwork, they will have at check in.
