Lots of natural light in historical district. From the 1940’s this building is one of the few remaining original second story residences over a 1st story business. Downtown, this suite is walkable: coffee shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries, yoga studio. 2 blocks to Shannon Medical Center. 1 block from Performing Arts Center. Living room with desk, smart TV. Full kitchen with fridge stove and a 2 person dining table. A queen bed, 2 closets and full bath with shower/tub. The space Lots of windows and natural light. Living room with couch, chairs, bar cart, desk and smart TV. Full kitchen with fridge/stove/oven/microwave, drip coffee maker and basic kitchen essentials like coffee, creamer, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Queen bed, 2 closets, full bath with tub/shower. A washer and dryer in the building are available for medium/longer term guests only (30+ day stays). Use between 9am and 8pm only. Guest access Access is a shared stairway and hall to your private apartment. Downtown Parking is premium and we have a private lot free for guests. Street parking is free but limited to 3 hours between 8am and 6pm. Other things to note A smoke free/pet free/child free space. Maximum of 2 guests. One sleeping area. A washer and dryer are available for medium and long term guests only (30+day stays) Please be courteous of your noise level while in the building. We ask that you keep the volume to a level respectful of other guests. LONG TERM GUESTS (7 nights or longer) A washer and dryer in the building downstairs is available for use for 30+ day guests only. Use between the hours of 9am and 8pm so as not to disturb other guests. Cleaning and Laundry Service is available. Alternatively, cleaning supplies: vacuum, mop, broom, cleaning supplies can be made available if you’d rather do it yourself. Laundry facilities are available nearby but not on site. Paper supplies, coffee, etc… will be the guest’s responsibility after the initial supplies are used.
