The space This spectacular location provides a wonderful proximity to shopping and visits to the beach in all with 10 minutes. Stream your most desired movies for your nightly entertainment, FREE Wi Fi, and FREE parking is provided on the property. There is no access to the remaining parts of the house. Your bedroom will have a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker available for your use, if needed. This rental provides a deck and a SHARED BATHROOM with one other bedroom. Please note that the TV is ONLY for STREAMING (NO CHANNELS). Guest access All guests will enter their unit by the deck on 5th Ave side of the house. There is a door off the deck to enter your bedroom with a SHARED FULL BATHROOM. Other things to note There is no access to the remaining parts of the house. This rental is limited to A SLEEPING ROOM (Bedroom), SHARED BATHROOM & DECK. The bathroom is a SHARED BATHROOM with one other bedroom. There are security cameras ONLY on the exterior of the building & in the enclosed screened-in porch area viewing all entrances and parking area.
