The Moscow Loft is a newly renovated apartment ready for your next getaway! This bright and stylish upstairs space boasts a full modern kitchen and open living room, two spacious bedrooms, cheery bathroom, in-unit laundry––all freshly updated. An easy few minute stroll to our vibrant downtown Moscow, you are close to restaurants, shopping, and the UI. Enjoy your morning beverage on the southern facing deck or cozy up in front of the fireplace. We'd be honored to host you at the Moscow Loft! The Moscow Loft allows your group with a little more room to spread out. There are two good sized bedrooms each with a queen mattress plus closet/dresser. The large u-shaped coach re-assembles using the matching ottomans to form a full sized bed which, with the addition of a pillow topper mattress, makes for a comfortable third bed option. The second story deck also provides another outdoor living space complete with table and chairs and a propane grill plus tools. There is a separate one bedroom apartment on the main level called the Moscow Flat. The Moscow Loft has its own entrance on the center of the building (the Flat's entrance is on the right side). Both units are private from each but do share a double door (with separate deadbolts). Guests are able to book both the Moscow Flat and the Moscow Loft for a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two kitchens, two living areas, a deck and a patio, plus loads of parking. Please message if you are interested in booking both the Moscow Loft and the Moscow Flat! We live close by to the Moscow Loft and are, of course, happy to help as needed . We are also keen to give guests their private space. With a keyless entry door code, guests have the convenience to come and go as they please. The Moscow Loft is in the ALLEY between Adams Street and Jefferson Street. The alley is flat with a comfortable approach to the Moscow Loft. Conveniently located in a residential neighborhood, the Loft is a few blocks from downtown Moscow, the University of Idaho, and the Paradise Creek Bike/Walking Trail. The Moscow Loft is located in an ADU (additional dwelling unit). This provides privacy as well as a separate parking/entrance from the detached duplex in the front of the property. The Loft is accessed from the ALLEY between Adams Street and Jefferson Street. The large concrete parking space provides ample parking and an easy unload to the private entrance. Also, please note that the Moscow Loft is a second story apartment with a private set of STAIRS. There is a wide stair case with a sturdy handrail. But we want to make sure guests are fully aware that the Moscow LOFT does involve a jaunt up the stairs! There is a designated parking spot for the Moscow Flat apartment on the right side of the parking lot (identified by a metal sign). PLEASE NOTE that there is another apartment below the Moscow Loft. As the Moscow Loft is the upstairs unit, the sound is a limited issue. But if you are noise sensitive, we'd kindly suggest that the Moscow Loft may not be the best option for you. We have added noise reducing features and request all our guests to be courteous to others. But with that, this is an apartment and you do hear some muffled sound.
