The bedrooms are very spacious! The 2nd kitchen can service our guests for breakfast and lunch and for outside entertainment at the Spool You’ll enter the orange front door into a beautifully appointed dining and kitchen area. The views from the front of the house overlook the canyon and the sunrise is spectacular. As you make your way to the back of the house you’ll find a cozy living area with a 65” smart tv. Stream away all you want. There are 3 full bathrooms throughout the house. In the front is a huge tiered patio complete with lounging area, fire pit and lighting. The back yard offers a tropical feeling of peace and relaxation with a newly constructed spool. A spool is a pool by day, underground hot tub by night. RPhaus is the perfect place for families, large or small groups, Bach weekends and for those who want to be home away from home. Make it your own! Come relax and enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. We’re very conveniently located to all the hot spots. The property is fully fenced in with a (unlocked) gated entrance from the back of the house. And there’s enough free parking for at least 6 cars! There’s room for at least 6 vehicles Other things to note We don’t encourage pets but realize that sometimes you have no choice but to bring your fur babies with you. As per our cleaning specialists there will be a $150 cleaning fee PER pet. But please, NO CATS! Their dander is too hard to completely eradicate for those with allergies. Early check ins and late check outs are sometimes possible for an additional fee if the home is not booked the night before. Please note that the surest way to guarantee an early checkin would be to book the night before for a significant discount. Call Colleen in advance to see if we can accommodate you. Prices range from $75/hr to $280 for up to 6 hours early. We can talk. If you’re here on a Thursday would you please bring the trash cans to the alley, wheels to the curb. Just look to see if the neighbors also put out the recycle bins cuz that’s collected every 2 weeks. Many thanks! Large, loud parties are not allowed! Please discuss with Colleen if you plan to have an event. We’ve hosted bridal/baby showers, bachelor/bachelorette groups and small family reunions and a few commercials were made here! We’ve never had a problem. Transparency is key to success. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. There’ll be a $400 fee from the plumber if he needs to be called. There is no heating fee for the Spool. However, if you forget to turn off the jets, heater and lights and it runs all night, there will be a $150 charge. (The Spool is on a timer and will automatically run every day from 6am to 10am wo heat.) This insures proper circulation of chlorine and keeps the spool clean. You ARE able to use the spa anytime you want and heat it by pressing the Spa button as per the check in directions Please please close doors and windows unless the heat/AC is OFF. No need to heat or cool the outside 😊 The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. They're not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm from their use of the premises or others whom they invite here. Finally, to avoid any additional charges please make sure the spool heater, the propane tanks to the grill and firepit and the string lights are turned off when not in use. If they’re left on for an extended time you may be charged $50 to $150 to offset the additional waste of gas and electricity. San Diego is quite expensive!
