Other things to note This is a very special place because of the unique location and exceptional build quality. It was built in early 1900 by Artist Frederick Stone. The structure is made of steel and concrete. I lived in this place for over 10 very inspirational years and enjoyed every moment. I’ve updated it to the current living standards with modern fixtures, brand new appliances, new furniture and lots of LOVE and personal touches.
