Welcome to the Andes Suite - a stylish, clean, pet friendly, private studio + sleeping nook apartment on the 2nd floor of an historic Queen Anne home, just 4 blocks from downtown Geneva! Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine on the balcony before strolling to downtown Geneva for great farm-to-table dining, local wine/beer/cider bars, and entertainment. You can also walk to Lake Seneca and enjoy the breathtaking views. This cozy space is a perfect place for two + your 4-legged friend. The space Guests enter into a beautiful foyer with a carpeted staircase and original wood banister. The Andes Suite is a small, yet well equipped studio consists of a living room/kitchenette, separate sleeping cove with a queen-sized bed, bathroom, and private balcony with table and chairs. You can prepare your meals in the small, but mighty, well-equipped kitchenette. You can then dine either al-fresco on the balcony or while sitting on the sofa with a table that adjusts to different heights. Our guests have commented that the bed is the most comfortable one in which they have ever slept! The Andes Suite is small, but very comfortable and well-appointed. Guest access The Andes Suite is 1 of 3 units in this grand house. The experience is very private with very little interaction between units. 1st floor - 1 unit with permanent tenant 2nd floor - Andes Suite and owner's unit/AirBnB - shared landing with private entrances on either side of landing. 3 units share the entrance foyer.
