Living room Living room is large enough to enjoy a big space and has also has a cozy reading nook with a wall full of books. Enjoy them while you are here. The living room has lots of light. I refinished the century old hardwood floors myself with the help of a Parson's School of Art graduate painting graduate who appeared during the pandemic to apply the polyurethene coating. The floors glow! New clean energy efficient heat pump will ensure you are comfortable whether you need heating or cooling. I love the gray-blue Mitchell Gold sofa. It's just the right size for two people. Add a dog, if you like. There is also a day bed which acts as a second sofa or a regular bed for occasional guests. The living room has a sunny workspace with a large large desk. The second workspace in the large bedroom. A living room reading nook provides lots of books and a comfortable reading chair with ottoman on a beautiful West Elm rug. I hope you will enjoy looking at the gallery wall in the living room. The art comes from Montreal, Jerusalem, San Francisco, Santiago de Compostela, Spain and even Massachusetts' Berkshire Mountains. Some of the artists were famous in their day, some should have been, some are friends of mine, some are people with whom I had brief and pleasant experiences. None of the artists are strangers. Each piece has a story and a personal meaning. The vintage solid oak dining room table at the edge of the living room blends into the newly renovated kitchen. Bedroom The bedroom is also very large and has good light and, of course, is filled with more original art Bed is a luxurious queen Sleep Number that allows you to adjust each side for customized comfort. A second workspace provides a quiet space for a computer. A reading nook with a large comfortable chair and a small table. Front Yard There is a garden area with some tables out front where you can hang out in the sun. Street is quiet. Some through traffic, but very sweet friendly neighborhood.
