Location is close to shopping, restaurants, North Park, Hartwood Acres, and the Rachel Carson Trail. Downtown Pittsburgh is 13 miles away and is a quick, easy commute. Enjoy all that Pittsburgh has to offer, then settle down in a quiet, friendly and walkable neighborhood. The space has a private entrance, open floor plan, and off street parking. TV and free WiFi provided. My son and his girlfriend live in the upstairs part of the house with their small dog “Baxter” and cat “Fluff”. The down stairs is an animal free zone. This is a smoke free space. Guests can smoke outside on the back patio. Guest access The neighborhood is safe, quiet and walkable Other things to note Swim Spa Rules for Use 1. Use of the Swim Spa is at the discretion of the home owner. Any behavior that disrupts the neighbors or home owner will not be allowed. 2. The home owner reserves the right to revoke the use of the Swim Spa at anytime if guests do not respect the rules or abuse their privilege to use the spa. 3. Anyone using Swim Spa does so at their own risk. Kids are not permitted in Swim Spa. Swim hours 10:00 am to 11:30 pm. 4. Swim Spa is for guest use only, no additional people allowed without permission from home owner. If you want to use swim spa after hours, then you must get permission from home owner or host and you must be quiet and mindful of the neighbors and home owner. 5. No parties or loud music permitted when using Swim Spa. 6. No glass or food can be used in or around Swim Spa. 7. Home owner will provide instructions on use of Swim Spa i.e. how to cover and uncover unit, how to turn on jets, and how to avoid any problems. Please reach out to host or home owner if you need help with swim spa. 8. Temperature of spa must remain as set by home owner. If Swim Spa temperature is set too high and covered, it may shut off and cause unit to over heat. This can lead to unit needing to be re-set before it can be used again. 9. The spa needs to be treated with the correct amount of chemicals, after each use, so it is important for home owner and host to know if the spa was used, so we treat spa after each use. So please communicate with host or home owner if you plan to use the spa. 10. The spa has two rows of buttons, the top row is for the Jet controls, feel free to try all the jets. The second row has a control for the lights, and you are welcome to change the lights. There is a FIBER button on the second row. Please AVOID pushing the FIBER BUTTON as it is used to shut the spa off and it trips the breaker for the electric to the spa, if you hit it you will not be able to turn the spa back on without help from the home owner or host. The breaker is in the garage and will need to be switch back on. I will not come to your rescue if you trip this switch late at night as I will be in bed. 11. When uncovering the spa, please unclip cover from the base, then use two people to roll the cover back onto itself, starting from the stair end to the far end and rest the cover on the two metal brackets at the far end of the spa. Please be very careful not to push the cover off the end of the brackets as this can damage the cover and it will take 2-3 people to lift the cover to put it back onto the spa. 12. After use, please recover the swim spa and clip the cover back to the base. 13. The Spa may be in use by the home owner during the day or evening, while Airbnb guests are staying at the apartment.
