LIVING ROOM: The apartment is designed in a ‘shotgun’ style, meaning the living room and bedroom are interconnected without a separating door. The spacious living room is great for reading or binging your favorite TV shows; optionally use the available space to open up the sleeper couch and use it as a lounge or set it up as a bed to accommodate your travel companions. BEDROOM: The bedroom is truly a sanctuary, flexing a 12” queen size cooling memory foam mattress, extra pillows and blankets are available if you like it extra comfy! KITCHEN: The kitchen has been renovated in its entirety, complete with stainless steel appliances and everything needed to cook a delicious meal. There is room for four to comfortably dine. BATHROOM: The bathroom has been completely rehabbed as well and features a bathtub perfect for a lazy Sunday soak. DECK: The deck is a private space, not shared by other residents. The deck is covered making it an ideal location for listening to the rain while unwinding and lounging on a patio chair. BY FOOT: +The neighborhood is walkable and local restaurants and coffee shops are just a hop and a skip away. + If walking is not your style or you want to get around a little faster you can rent a lime scooter or bike to zip around the block. RIDESHARING: + Services such as Uber and Lyft are also a great option, especially when you want to explore some of the entertainment in surrounding neighborhoods. Also my preferred method for getting to and from the airport. Other things to note ACCESSIBILITY: This residence is not currently wheelchair accessible; there is a short staircase on the exterior of the space onto the large shared front porch. DOGS: Bring Fido! This is a pet friendly dwelling but there are some rules: + Only dogs not exhibiting separation anxiety, i.e.: whining, barking, and/or howling while you are gone or about to leave are allowed + Only house-trained dogs are welcome + Only dogs weighing less 20lbs are allowed + All dogs must be crated if left unattended for any prolonged periods of time (1 or more hours) + Dogs are not allowed on sofa or bed + We charge a one-time fee for all furry friends of $25 per pet.
