Description

Comfy mini suite has a private bath, entrance and security gate. Twin beds can be converted to king. Request at booking only. Features include microwave, refrigerator, iron, small sofa, eating area and dining necessities (no hot plates allowed) NO KITCHEN or LAUNDRY. Suite is separate with shared wall to main house. Great home, location, walkable neighborhood. Free public parking. Car, uber recommend. Train, transit easy access. Ride within 30 minutes to beaches, SOFI (FIFA) and attractions. The space This is private residence with a separate side entrance to the connected private mini suite. Located in beautiful View Park. A multi cultural and all ages neighborhood with plenty of parking in front of home or very near. There is a small patio reserved for our guest in back of home. Also a popular hiking trail and walking park approximately 1/2 mile away. ***FULL DISCLOSURE ** The residence next-door is undergoing a remodel . This should not affect your stay or parking. Guest access While we do not accept liability there is plenty of street parking in front or across street of unit. Los Angeles is very spread out. Our recommendation is to rent a car. However Uber, Lyft, metro and metro train are all accessible. Metro Expo Line train line 1/4 mile. Goes west to Santa Monica and east to city center. Straight shot to SOFI for FIFA. Also connects to other lines mid city. We are not walkable to attractions. Other things to note PLEASE READ This suite is private entrance but attached to the main house. The suite bath is private. There is NO shared area, kitchen facility or laundry access. There are 11 steps to main house plus 2 more steps to the mini suite. There is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property inside or outside. We are super sensitive to smoke. If you would like to enjoy a cigarette we encourage you to take a walk around the beautiful neighborhood. No parties or events on the property. Visitors are allowed but no extra overnight guest. No pets. (Animals who sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with disabilities act.) No weapons or replicas of any kind. We strongly prefer guests be over 25. Please do not flush any contraceptive, feminine or bulk down the toilet. No illegal or illicit drug use. No use of coloring agents or hair dyes allowed in the suite. The suite is cleaned and thoroughly sanitized in accordance with Airbnb enhanced cleaning process before each booking. While we want you to enjoy yourself please be aware that additional overnight guest are not permitted and music must be kept at reasonable level. The ID photo shown must be picture of registered guest. No third party bookings accepted. Early check in or late departure must be pre approved and a $40 fee is imposed. . No storage of boxes or non luggage items. No parcels or personal mail delivered at our address. If your stay is longer than 7 nights we will, at a mutually agreed time, tidy, change linens and restock clean extra towels. We keep the thermostat at comfortable temperature. We have an older home and there is a slight humming when the thermostat comes on and in use. There is also an efficient modern space heater as well as standing and ceiling fans for cooling. Please tell us a bit about your stay so we can be sure our listing is right for you. We are available to assist at any time. We respond promptly to the Airbnb messaging. **FULL DISCLOSURE- Next door is doing remodeling. There is some day time noise, however it should not affect your stay or parking.** Trash day is Monday. Gardner comes on Friday. The suite isn’t super fancy but it’s clean, comfortable and we provide everything to make your stay enjoyable. PLEASE NOTE THAT GUEST TOTAL INCLUDES A TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY PROPERTY USE TAX REQUIRED BY LOS ANGELES COUNTY 12%. Registration 000125 We treat all guest with utmost hospitality and respect.
