Nestled in Le Cartier, enjoy 2 elevators, laundry, pool, and gated parking (1 assigned space). Relax in our spacious 2-bed, 2-bath apartment (1,200 sq ft). Stay connected with reliable WiFi, cable TV. Beach amenities provided. No pets or smoking allowed. The memories you create here will last longer than your suntan. We can't wait to welcome you to your perfect beach retreat! The space The property is a 5 floor open-air condominium with elevator access. The HOA provides a pool, free parking, elevators and laundry. Please note the apartment observes quiet time after 10pm. This means no loud music, in or outside the unit. If loud music can be heard from outside the unit, the HOA may issue a fine. Remember, this is a family friendly unit and you are a guest in building with people above, below, and beside you. My apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a den, and a balcony for you. A Kureg Coffee Maker, A Regular Coffee Maker, and an expresso machine are available for all your coffee needs. Fresh clean towels and wash cloths are provided for you as well. We have Cable Tv, Wifi, and smart TVs for your stay. We have a crib and high chair for young children also available for you to use as well. Guest access We are a close 5 minute walk to the public beach, many shops, and restaurants. There is a public transit bus stop right outside our condominium as well. The building has gated parking and secure entrance key fobs. Once booked, you will be provided a key fob to enter and exit the building and parking area. Lost or damaged fobs will be billed to you directly. We have 1 assigned parking spot available for you. Parking is gated and monitored by the HOA’s security cameras. There is also a public park across the street with a soccer field and Children’s playground. Other things to note We are a family friendly stay. We have amenities such as a crib and high chair available for you to use as well. Our HOA will have their rules posted for you such as use of masks in public indoor spaces and pool access times. Our HOA can fine you directly so please abide by their posted rules. Our building observes a quiet time after 10pm. After 10pm, there is no loud music in or outside the unit or HOA will fine guests. Remember you are a guest in a building with neighbors above, below, and beside you.
