Other things to note ✔ The guest who books the stay must be physically present at the time of check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first. ✔ The guest making the reservation must be over 21 years of age and present a photo ID/credit card for $250 damage deposit at check-in. ✔️ The apartment is located in a timeshare complex, the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact apartment is assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the unit assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. ✔ Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy. ✔ The property does not have elevators. Stairs are required. ✔ Parking is available for one vehicle near the condo. Additional vehicles can be accommodated on the street outside. ✔ During the winter months, Nevada and California law dictates that all vehicles must carry snow chains. ❗This is a timeshare property, and guests are not obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation.
