You will love it here! Large comfortable queen bed w/ a window view of the neighborhood on the 2nd floor-plenty of closet space. There’s also a private bathroom that is not connected to the room. Adjacent private upstairs lofty space w/ a comfy couch, smart tv with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Starz. The space My home is a two story 4 bedroom house situated in a new construction beautiful neighborhood. We have shopping centers nearby, including: The Woodland’s Mall, Deerbrook Mall, H-E-B, several theaters and restaurants. There are also wonderful neighborhood parks nearby, great for walking or jogging. (Dennis Johnston Park, Pundt Park, Tamarac Park) The room includes: - queen size bed with two pillows - closet with hangers -plush body and face towels -iron w/ ironing board The detached bathroom includes: - towels - shampoo and hand soap - toothbrush and toothpaste * bathroom cleaned as needed Backyard Access includes: A firepit (by request) with surrounding chairs for a cozy night of marshmallows or relaxation. Adjacent is a jacuzzi hot tub (we'll show you how the settings work, just ask) with an adopted European-inspired soak (clothing optional) . *A shower is required before entering hot tub to protect the filter from lotions, perfumes, oils and detergents*. Guest access Guests will have front door access with provided security code. Upon entering a shared stairway, you'll have immediate access to your room on the second floor. There's a private bathroom w/ a shower & tub directly across from your room. Guests are permitted to park in the driveway (right side) and/or the street in front of the property. **Use of washer and dryer available for a small fee of $1.50/per load.** During your stay This is our primary residence. We'll give you as much privacy as you like. We're a social married couple and will engage in conversation and amazing hospitality, but if you need your space we'll totally respect your wishes. We're home much of the time. The only interaction you'll have is with our 2 pups. One is a Terrier and the other is a Shih Tzu. We have a gate blocking off the second floor so they won't bother guests. They're friendly and happy go-lucky fur babies. If you're not a dog person this might not be the listing for you, although they won't bother you during your stay. If you exit out onto the patio or the front door, please make sure the door is closed and they do not get out. Other things to note I am excited to have you in our home. This space is great for solo / business travelers, students, or tourists. We do own 2 small doggies, but they'll be out of your way.
