Awake refreshed and ready for a day of exploring the area, with a variety of activities to enjoy in the area. The space Minutes away from wineries, horseback riding, Murrieta & Glen Ivy hot springs, walking trails, fishing lakes, hot air balloon rides, hot springs, the alpaca hacienda, olive oil tasting, brewery tours, and local farms. The serene backyard is ideal for entertaining your family and friends, along with our 4 bedrooms that will comfortably sleep up to 8 of your friends and family. The Copper Canyon vacation retreat features 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. The large master bedroom, staged with a comfortable king mattress has a private bath with a soaking tub, stand up shower and walk in closet. The other bedrooms have queen sized beds for an enjoyable stay. The home also has a large dinning room for dinner get togethers and has an additional family space on our upstairs landing, staged with a large lounging sofa, foosball table, a smart TV, Xbox and additional board games. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. Hotel-style linens are also provided. The home features a kitchen stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, walk in pantry, pots, pans, and plenty of cooking and dinning utensils that opens up to the main living space with an oversized stone fireplace and smart TV for your viewing pleasure. Help yourself to a cup of coffee or tea in the backyard, or uncork a bottle of wine, start up the BBQ and make memories with your friends and family, as they relax in the jacuzzi and explore all that Southern California has to offer. - Free WiFi - 4 Bedrooms 2.5 Baths - Master has a Beauty-Rest silver king bed and private bath, with soaking tub, stand up shower and walk in closet - Other three bedrooms have Beauty-Rest silver queen beds and share a full bathroom upstairs - Another half bath is located downstairs - Backyard has a heated jacuzzi, water feature, sitting area, Cornhole and gas BBQ - Spacious dinning room with a large table for parties and get togethers - Open concept kitchen that overlooks the living room with fireplace and smart TV (Guests must log into their own accounts) - Additional living space on our upstairs landing has a large lounging sofa/chair, Smart TV, Xbox, oversized connect four, foosball table and additional board games - Kitchen with dining essentials and cooking utensils, walk-in pantry, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, oven, and dishwasher - Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, creamers, and sugar - Washer, dryer, Iron with ironing board, detergent, hangers in the closets and extra sheets/blankets - Bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, hair dryers, toothbrushes and toilet paper - Central air and heating Guest access Guests have access to the main house and back yard, except for the garage, the front casita and guest house in the backyard, please do not disturb residents. Please park in the driveway. The driveway is limited to 3 cars per city guidelines, more than 3 cars will result in a fine. Please park on Murrieta (1st cross street) if you have more than 3 cars in your party. Other things to note Prior to booking, please refer to the house rules and contact us with any questions. Note: must be over 21 years of age to reserve and send a picture of your ID. Please remember this is my home, and we want everyone to have a comfortable stay. Parties are not allowed, and if there are ever more than 8 guests on the property, we’ll unfortunately have to end the stay immediately in accordance with city rules. We also ask that you respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Thank you so much for helping keep things peaceful and enjoyable for everyone. Hot Tub Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum and ensure the hot tub cover is securely closed by 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors. Please park in the driveway. The driveway is limited to 3 cars per city guidelines. Please park on Shadow Creek or Murrieta Creek Drive (1st cross street) if you have more than 3 cars in your party. Parties or loud disturbances after 10pm that are reported or if more than 8 guests’ are reported staying at the Airbnb result in a fines up to 10,000 or more.
