Just a few steps away from Pemaquid Beach is the Laughton House & Cottages! This is a house and four cottages that sleep a total of 18 people and is located in the charming seaside community of Pemaquid Village. Perfect for family reunions, wedding accommodations, company retreats, and many other types of gatherings. The space The main house has four comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, sunny living area with TV, front porch and upper balcony, and dining room. There are also four charming cottages on the property for your use. The property consists of the following separate buildings (Please click on our Profile to access links to each individual property for more information): - Laughton House (main house): 9 guests, 4 bedrooms (3 Queen, 1 Double & 1 Twin Beds), 2 baths - Ocean Breeze "Guest Cottage": 4 guests, 2 bedrooms, 1 Queen & 2 Twin Beds, 1 bath - High Tide Cabin: 2 guests, 1 bedroom with King Bed, 1 bath - Ebb Tide Cabin: 2 guests, 1 bedroom with King Bed, 1 bath - Low Tide Cabin: 2 guests, 1 bedroom with King Bed, 1 bath *Please note that Low/Ebb/High Tide and Ocean Breeze Cottages are seasonal (uninsulated) cottages with no central AC or heating. We do provide a space heater in each cottage for your use on chilly days and evenings and fans for hot days. **This listing requires a minimum of 2-night reservations for most of the year. This location is wonderful for retreats, family reunions, wedding accommodations, and large groups. Rent all 4 cottages and the main Laughton House for a total of 19 people. Gather around the firepit, have large Lobster dinners, create dinners in the Main house kitchen or use local businesses for your catering needs. There are two large porches for gathering. The Laughton House & Cottages has been the base for women's retreats, health and wellness retreats, yoga retreats, writers retreats, many large families, reunions, bridal parties, and more. Guest access There is parking on the property with a total of 10 parking spaces. We’re also pleased to offer a Level 2 EV charger on the property. A usage fee applies for short sessions (0-5 hrs) and long sessions (5+ hrs or overnight). Just let us know if you plan to charge during your stay and we’ll be happy to provide details. Other things to note Note that we do not offer event planning or organizing services, and are only offering comfortable and beautiful accommodations for your event. We do not host weddings. **Please note we are a strictly no pet property** While we absolute adore animals we are not currently set up to accommodate them.
