Microwave, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, tea kettle, cookware, plates, bowls, and utensils. The bdrms have the most comfortable & best sleeping queen size Mattresses, a small table for a laptop and a chair. Cleveland Hopkins Airport is 60 minutes away and Akron Canton Airport is 15 minutes away. The space The Townhouse is equipped with all the comforts of Home Away from Home. A living room with a recliner rocking chair as well as a TV, Games and books to read. You have a Full shower bathroom, and ½ bathroom. You have a large Kitchen & Dining Room. A 6 feet x20 feet balcony. Refrigerator is available to store any of your drinks, snacks & food. Coffee Maker and Coffee is provided as well as a Tea Pot, Toaster and Microwave. Oven/stove, cookware & cooking utensils’ are available should you decided to cook. Please clean after yourself and wash the dishes. (Thank you) Space for parking vehicle is in front of the Townhouse Garage Door & a cross the parking lot if you have a 2nd vehicle. There is NO SMOKING inside The Townhouse. Guest access The Townhouse Unit & picnic tables are available for your use (Weather Permitting). Cooking outside can be done as long as the Barbeque set you use is away from the siding and the building. The Townhouse has a lock Box next to the door. You will receive the lock box access code upon arrival to obtain the key for entry. Additional notes: 1) Quiet time is 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. 2) Visitors may not Spend the Night, only Guests. 3) Please remove your shoes at the basement stairs. The floor is to always be kept clean. 4) You will be provided with a Key during Your Stay. It is our suggestion to relock the key in the lockbox so it will always be available for you. Guests will be charged $100.00 (USD) for Lost or Broken Keys issued. 5) No one besides the Guests (4 People) is allowed in the unit. Otherwise, an Extra charge of $175.00 per person/day will apply if it was not specified in the booking. 6) No Parties or Loud music 7) The Garage is available at a charge of $250 one time fee if staying less than 30 days and $250/month thereafter.. 8) No pets. Unless contacted first and approved.bOr the unit has it available on the platform. 9) No Drug or illegal activities. 10) No Smoking inside the Townhouse. Violation of No Smoking, you will be charged the daily rate plus $100/HR of time spent rectifying the issue. For example, if smoked and we were not able resolve the smell for 5 days and spent a total 5 hours labor to rectify the smell in the unit, then there will 5 Hrs x $100/HR = $500 + Daily Rate for 5 Days ($147×5=$735) = $1235.00. 11) Two cars are included.
