Quiet Lone Star Retreat with pool.

3 bedroom home backing onto the State Park. Great place for friends to visit & gather round the POOL or Fire Pit. CHILDREN UNDER 12 ARE NOT PERMITTED. BABIES IN ARMS ARE FINE. POOL IS NOT FENCED. POOL AVAILABLE FROM MAY TO SEPTEMBER. NOTE: Pool needs daily maintenance. Rick does this,or you can too if you perfer. If we are not traveling we will be in the Casita. Texas - we have bugs outside.Try not to mess with wasps. PARTIES NOT ALLOWED. Please remove shoes inside. NO UNREGISTERED guests The space Please view the photos. They are pretty accurate. One large living room. Dining off the living room and kitchen off the dining room. Separate pantry. Laundry off the kitchen. One large main bedroom (VIP Suite) with a large bathroom and shower. Large closet off the main bedroom. Two other bedrooms, one with an adjustable queen bed and the other with a double bed. Large timber deck in the back of the house that looks over the pool area. Note: the pool is NOT HEATED.. THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN OR PETS. Sorry. PLEASE NOTE - If we are there we will be in the Casita and will not impact your privacy NOTE :- SERVICE ANIMALS will incur an additional cleaning fee of $300.00 There is a Blink camera at the front of the house just to monitor vehicles and or deliveries. We have added in 5 cameras OUTSIDE at various points on the property to monitor critters stealing fruit, pool company maintenance. These can be disarmed for your privacy as you wish. They are at the Casita, Fruit trees, pool house, pool area and plum tree. Guest access Car or Uber is necessary. Circular driveway where you can park. Pathway to front door where there are two small steps up into house. Other things to note We have a septic system that can be sensitive. Not partial to overloading with a lot of people. Also please do not place feminine products in the toilets. POOL IS NOT FENCED SO NO CHILDREN PLEASE... PLEASE NOTE THIS IS WEST TEXAS. We have bugs outside. We treat the home once a month and the garden likewise. There are repellants for you to use on the patio. If you have an issue with flying bugs etc please re consider before booking. We also have game visiting at times. Javelina (keep away) wild Turkeys, rabbits, grey fox, etc. The home is on the border of the state park. Thank you.
